The discount culture has seen profits reduced and many good salons closing.

Young Stylist leaves me speechless !!!

 It's not often that I am speechless but that is what happened to me today when Jessica Ball came into my office. 
She said she had an idea for her teenclub clients after reading on my website 
"Do you give good customer service? 
CUSTOMER 'SERVICE' is dead!! 
We can't just 'SERVE' them, everyone 'SERVES clients. 
So, just a quick question then, are you 'WOWING' your clients?
 Do you DELIGHT your clients? 
Do you 'SURPRISE and EDUCATE' them??"
She said "everyone gives lollies so I thought about what more I could give and came up with these". 
She said she will be giving them to all of her teenclub clients. What a great way to turn them into Fans. 
Watch out for Jess, a real star of the future.

I am extremely excited to launch SRFCoaching in the UK.
My goal is to reach as many people and companies as possible and help them on their journey to success.

Fantastic meeting of the Essex Beauty Group.

A great morning was had by all at the inaugural Essex Beauty Group's members coffee morning. Gemma Norcross, the founder of the group said that her mission is to make the EBG more than just a directory, but a complete business support system for it's members.
With her drive and ambition I am certain she will accomplish this.

Part of this is appointing me as the business coach for the group, and offering a coaching session with me ( normally £99+vat ),
Free to all members.

Members who have already taken up this opportunity have found that although the session is labelled a business insight, it actually runs a lot deeper and they have left with a clear idea of where they are going and why.

I'm looking forward to the next meeting and would encourage all members to attend.
